It is with a heavy heart that I share that I will be stepping down from my role as Executive Director of the Paradise Theatre. After a careful review of our budget, and in consultation with the Board of Directors, it became clear that we could not sustain both the essential costs of staff, artists, and vendors and my position. To prioritize the continued operation of the theatre, I made the difficult decision to eliminate my role.

My parting request is simple: please continue to support the extraordinary music, theatre, film, and local artists who bring this space to life. The Paradise is entering a new chapter—one that will require investment in leadership, infrastructure, and opportunities for artists and nonprofit partners alike. Your patronage and membership make it possible for local artists to create and present meaningful work on this stage, and for the Theatre to thrive as the community hub it has become.
