Paonia Film Festival & Mission

Paonia Film Festival (PFF) was founded in 2011 by a small group of Colorado filmmakers, which embraced regional talent showcasing the creativity found in amateurs and professional filmmakers alike. With sold out screenings of all the selected films and a waiting lists for Red Carpet Award Ceremony, the festival has become a much anticipated annual tradition at the Paradise Theatre in Paonia, Colorado.

In addition to the Film Festival, PFF hosts Film School 4-6 annual events including workshops on a variety filmmaking skills and special presentations by industry professionals. Paonia Film Festival is supported by Friends of the Paradise Theatre a non-profit 501(c)(3) whose mission is to elevate community culture through diverse, quality art and entertainment in the form of film, live performances, music and special community events.
